Butchered in house

Our beef and chicken come straight from the PREPT butcher counter, freshly butchered in house. We cut everything ourselves, so we know exactly what you're getting.

Hand-mixed, hand-pressed

Every burger is mixed and pressed by hand. They're the same famous burgers from the PREPT case, cooked for you.

Chef-made recipes

Every recipe on the menu comes from Chef Ray T, a Johnson & Wales culinary graduate. Ray runs FLIPT the same way he runs PREPT: from the butcher block up.
